I'd like to build a couple bouquets this week and need some foliage to incorporate. The problem is, I don't really have any, so I need to go foraging.

Can anyone recommend foliages that can be found in the NC piedmont this time of year?

Also, I do have feverfew that is right on the cusp of flowering. Will those leaves hold in a vase, or should they be stripped like most other flowers?

FWIW, growing in my garden right now are: larkspur, snarpdragon, iceland poppy, Sweet William, foxglove, feverfew, hellebore, bachelor button, and peonies.
