How to light vanity mirrors across from large windows

The floor plans (no interior elevations yet) for our new 5x11 master bath call for 3 2'x3' north-facing windows directly opposite the 72" vanity. The vanity abuts a wall on the right, and there is another large window in the shower/tub at the left end of the room. We need the storage from twin medicine cabinets centered over both sinks.

I know the ideal lighting placement would be three sconces at left, center and right. Plan B if I can't fit a sconce to the right of the mirror would be a single sconce between the mirrors and vanity lights above each mirror.

My big concern is backlighting from the windows. What's the best lighting configuration, placement, wattage to prevent me from standing in my own shadow while looking in the mirror in the morning?
