Not in anything that I'm aware of. Even some of the more expensive types revert back to regular Moonshine in their pups.

Russ: that is one reason why I would attempt to get a moonshine cultivar with tissue culture: i can pick a tissue which is micropropagated to yield the pure variety rather than chimeras. If such variety already exists, then that plant would yield the same phenotype from rhizome as well as leaf and maybe even seed (if it's not a hybrid).

This is sounding more like Greek to me, I still think the silver tissue will be too thin to propagate from a leaf using Chahinian's technique.

But maybe you're saying that a normal Moonshine can arise from any part of the leaf if it's from tissue culture, which doesn't sound right to me.

I don't know that any sans are being tissue cultured, maybe someone else will know.

Right Stush. If there is a way to get a Moonshine from a leaf rather than Robusta, I'm sure there are a lot of people that would like to know.
