Tomato disease on stem

All of my Roma tomatoes have vascular looking lesions on the bottom of the stems, and the bottom leafs turn yellow and eventually black on the tips.

This is my first time growing tomatoes, and I think I over watered in the beginning bringing about this condition. I've read up on tomato diseases, but i'm not sure if they have blight, stem rot, or some other fungal disease.

I've been applying daconil for 2 weeks. They need to be transplanted soon, and was wondering if I can salvage these plants, or if I should throw them out.

Also worth noting: I live in atlanta and my cucumbers have the same thing
