It would help if you draw a layout and show dimensions of the kitchen, measurements of all the windows/openings/ door locations and some of the adjoining area.

From the picture, it looks like you will need plumbing re-arrangement, and move a few things around etc to make the new layout functional if you remove that wall.

The first thing you need is to find out if you can move the wall? Ina condo often there are walls used to run plumbing electrical etc from one unit to another , so start there.

Absolutely what Patricia says. There is bound to be lots of infrastructure inside that wall. You may be able to knock it down to a half wall type of thing. Some HOAs require architectural approval for a remodel like this, even though it is interior for just the reasons PC mentioned.

Also, consider that you'll be losing lots of cabinet space if you remove that whole wall.
