It should be fine. I have used rd around roses, around grass around fruit trees and it has never effected any of those. RD becomes inert after it gets in the soil. Thank goodness for RD and that they haven't taken that away yet.

I forgot to add ...I had a neighbor who would use a small bowl with Rd in it and go around with a paint brush and brush it on..maybe easier than a syringe.

WARNING: "Roundup" is just a brand name for several herbicides and soil sterilizers.

What you want is an herbicide that has nothing but glyphosate in it. The generic 41% glyphosate concentrate from Walmart is probably the gheapest.

Thanks LG, I already have the Roundup on hand but I see it's only 2% glyphosate. Does the 41% product [Eraser by Martin's] just work better, less product same results?

You have already diluted glyphosate - use it until it's gone.

I buiy the concentrate because I use a lot of weedkiler.
