Don't mind the disheveled bed... after the move the landscaping is a long WIP.

Looks great, amazing form. Can't wait to see it bloom. Some of your pictures from last year encouraged me to go buy one. At least I think it was you.

Wow, my 2 Jeannies like to grow straight up almost.

This is a 4 year old cutting of a VERY old JM.

Very greatful to Dave Grover for it. I am sure that has a lot to do with its growth habit.

@ Rox, are yours grafted by chance?

    Neither is grafted

    Gotchya.

Maybe the key is getting cuttings off very mature trees? Not sure...

Here are her blooms from last year...

She throws 6 petals a few times a year.

Yes...that's my bloom. Both mine were cuttings from bug trees.

So was your cutting multi tipped to start with?

    Yes, 3 tips.

@ Chris, yes. 8 tip 4 years ago.

    15+ now.

I thought the first bloom of the year would be open this am. Nope but very close.

Came home from work to a barely open bloom blown up on the house. Another day of very strong storms in ECF must have blown it off just as it had opened. Color is way off but it smells great. Three other just about to open blooms were also on the ground.

    Wind gusts over 25mph today.

Storms and 5"+ of rain on tap this weekend. Bad timeimg

After a fight with some spider mites, 14 days of rain and no sun... the first bloom on the tree has opened.

The many faces of this JM...

Such an odd year for me... this small 4 petal just opened.

Her inflos are not producing like they should. All I can think of is stress from the relocation and a small bug issue.

Its not the best bloom year for me on any of my plumeria.

    She's beautiful!

Don't give up on the year yet .... The growing season just started for many. It's been an abnormally long winter/spring. I can't believe it's still fluctuating between daytime highs of 60s to 80s in New York. Temps should be a little steadier this time of year ... It'll be June in 3 days!

    Enjoy your beauty!

I agree. You have at least six months of blooming potential before things slow down.

What appear to have been very healthy inflos are dropping very young buds and turning black. I am not sure if this is due to spider mites or the move.

After a few good treatments neem oil the bugs are gone but the damage may have been done. This plumeria normally is very strong and problem free. I will get a pic later.

It could have been from the mites and having to spray oil. Sometimes the heat of the sun and oil residue can be a problem. Its still the lesser of the evils and IMO the best treatment for mites. Lots of rain could do it too but I think you have got sandy soil so it should be OK.

It's been a slow start for us all Dupefl with the extended cold spring and the huge amounts of rainfall that you are seeing as well as us up here in the Mid Atlantic / East Coast !

Im sure you will have an awesome display soon!!

    Take good care!!

What a fantastic form, on top of gorgeous flowers—lucky you!

Spider mites are now under control and the we have finally had some sun after almost 3 weeks of rain and clouds. A couple of days in the 90's have my JM true to form. Open blooms on 4 inflos.

Her Scott P is showing right now.

    Stunning.
