Hello,

I am currently looking to get a new pool. I am pretty experienced on the pricing and got a pool before for $30,000 (10,000 gallon with waterfall and sunshelf) but this time I want a different pool with spa and automation system and received a quote for $54,000. This is a 10x40 pool, 474sqft of paver deck, 6x7 Automated spa, gas heater 400,000 BTUs, large salt generator and umbrella holder.

Is this a reasonable quote or should I look somewhere else?
