My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    this one is a trex product.....not my favorite but the charcoal color really works with the "Dragon's Breath" Paint color...it is still a very good product and superior to treated wood.

    "Not my favorite"..color or product? We are considering replacing our 22 y/o

    clear cedar deck (quite large) with some type of "trex"..would love to know your thoughts and experience with these products! Thanks!
