Is this a weed?

I seeded Shasta Daisies in my garden last winter, they came up and overwintered this winter that just passed. This plant also came up with my daisies and overwintered as well. I was not sure if I should pull it or not, so I just left it. It is probably about 1 & 1/2 feet tall. What do you guys think? I am in Connecticut, Zone 6b.
