Yes. Looks just like mine. I have one that stayed that way for 3 years now. My others are straight up and tall. I am hoping it continues to stay that way.

I have a couple of fischeris that look the "normal" way, tall and straight, and in growing new leaves, the smaller of the two plants actually sent out two juvenile leaves. They have stayed that way for 2 years already. I like them -- they add interest to the plant, in my opinion.

S. Fischeri for sure. In a while, you will notice a pup sending its first leaf above the soil at a short distance from the mother plant.

Ok, thanks for the responses. I've come to learn that when it comes to Sansevierias, it really is a waiting game... That is unless you live in a tropical region where they grow readily and rapidly. Oh well, they make you learn patience, which I could benefit from.

Rob, as Stush and others suggested, your plant looks like a juvenile fischeri. You can expect it to stay in this form for 2 or 3 seasons before it starts sending up stiff, individual, tall 'spears'. The leaf color should show bands of alternating light and deep forest green. All who have this plant in its adult form really like it. I am attaching here a picture of a juvenile S. fischeri in the process of beginning to send up mature leaves. Like most all sansevierias, it likes a roomy pot.
