Hello all

I have a few inground established citrus rootstocks available to graft to (Cold winter killed the top). Thinking something more hearty on top. When is the best time to do this? When should the Psion wood be collected? Any good guides on how to do this? I’ve only grafted a peach tree before, and it failed.
