no. not sure what that is. roughstalk bluegrass is notable for very thick seedhead stalks and not very dense. seedheads looks more robust on emergence but when it finally flowers, looks like regular bluegrass. that seedhead doesn't look like any of the poa types.

Ugh... back to square one. I have gone through every weed identification website and thought it had to be a poa. oh well... Hope someone else can identify it.

Using a grass ID with limited info: spike seedhead, narrow leaves, coolseason grass. Perennial ryegrass pops up.
