You can find those Hoyas on Logee's or Gardino's online. Randia is on Logee's as well. The Stephanotis should be easy to find at a garden center in LA. It's a very common plant in CA.

Some vendors at the LA flower market near downtown have NoID hoyas. It could be a cheap way to get some decent-size plants. And some are likely to be from your list if you know what they look like without flowers.

Nicotianas are really easy to grow from seed. I suggest you order some online for like $1-$3 a pack. You will end up with more plants than you need.

Stephanotis will appear in the next few months at the big box home inprovement store. Price is around $8 for a staked 1-gallon plant.
