Julia child own root

I have a Julia which is into it’s 3rd year.. own root.. I started it..still in a 5 gallon container. Is it ready to go into a bigger container or ground?how will it grow in comparison to the grafted one. It’s parent plant is a very healthy 5-6 ft bush with a 100 blooms ina cycle . Excuse me for a not so good photo.

8 years ago- 8 years agoThanku everybody! Kristine , I will get that done right away .. love song will be out making space for Julia . This is the love song.. I simply adore this when this blooms.. but this bush gave me only 3 blooms last year and this is in the ground for over 3 years now. :(

This is Julia child at a friends house. It has never been fertilized
it wasn’t even pruned this year.. a bloom machine .

Wow! Nice big bushes! :-)
Our own root Julia has stayed on the smaller side here so far...Its starting its 3rd season...Grows back after winter fairly quick and blooms its heart out so no complaints at all...

I went out and deadhead my 4, what a job. I noticed lots of earwigs . So, I am trying diotomatious earth.
