Do you have photos of the space? I'm thinking a pair of your club chairs need to be replaced with swivel chairs that could turn to face the view or the fire. What is the view through the window behind the sofa? What does the daybed look like? Knowing that might inspire some other arrangement.

We need more than "a picture." We need to see all walls and all furniture that you have. Standard pix rather than pano, as pano will warp scale and we won't be able to work with them.
