Floor to Ceiling Kitchen Cabinets - How to split?

In our kitchen renovation, we have a wall of cabinets (about 80 by 96"). It will be used primarily for pantry items and maybe some trays, less used kitchen appliances, etc.

On width, does it make sense to have it split in two? Earlier iterations had split in 3, but now I'm doubting the change. On height I'm not sure about where they should be split. Essentially would I want to have the top cabinets be equal to bottom, be taller (and by how much) or smaller? Picture attached. Before construction, the bottom cabinets stopped at about 34" so the top was much taller. But as I look at Houzz pictures, it seems more are taller on bottom and the top is smaller.
