Oriental lilies aren’t sprouting

Please help. I planted oriental lilies, glads and anemones in the begining of May. The glass are grow but I haven’t seen anything from the lilies. Some of the lilies had already begun sprouting in the bag. Those sprouts are now dead and have a white fuzzy substance. ahould I did the likes up or continue to watch and wait?
