Guidance needed in master bedroom accent wall
We recently moved into our new home and are in desperate need to do something with the accent wall in our bedroom. The other three walls are a very neutral color but we need help with what to do with this ugly green wall. Curtains will be changed to white.

8 years agoIf you want to use family pictures, try putting them in similar frames that have the same matting, the same size pics, with similar color tones:
The green looks good with the blue of your bedspread. I would change out your pillows to some that have green, blue, and white to pull everything together. And add a large rug in the same colors instead of the little white one you have now.
8 years agoBed is always the bedroom focal point. Any way to center it on that wall? I'd limit the pix to the single one above the bed, framed. Place the other two elsewhere. Green is a relaxing color, very nice in bedrooms. Just pick it up in pillows and accessories. Try a big rug under the bed.

Or the rustic shiplap as suggested in an above comment. Either would be a great way to create a focal accent wall while adding timeless warmth and visual interest to your room.
