Bathrooms Design Dilemma

Bathroom Layout

We are renovating the top level of our 1.5 storey home built in 1950s cape cod style. Our bathroom has been gutted and roughly 11 by 7.

We would like to have a separate bath tub and stand alone shower with single sink vanity.

Any suggestions on how to layout?

If you want a good suggestion, draw up the top view of the bathroom with dimensions and indicate window/door locations, and what plumbing is there to stay or can be moved. Looking at this picture with everything that is going on there its hard to suggest anything.
