I always thought the pool had to be filled with water immediately after plaster. My pool was being filled as the guys were in the shallow end finishing the plaster. Your brand new pool should not have cracks. They should absolutely have to make that right.

Those are shrinkage or hydration cracks, The cracks have been filled in by the plaster dust, calcium hydroxide, as part of the curing process. On colored plaster and quartz finishes it is far more noticeable than on a traditional white pool. You can ask them to replaster, there is no repair to remove the crack lines.
