There's a nice white pot hiding under your blue monster, nothing planted in it?

Karin, I'm so glad you noticed that! No. It currently doesn't have anything planted in it. But I think I will plant one of sunnywood's seedlings in it for the summer. Then I can move it to the ground before Fall sets in. I need to move the planter out from under the blue monster so you can actually see it. I also just acquired another large vintage concrete urn-type planter that I need to find a place for. It's bigger but wider than that one. Maybe I can plant my new minis in it for the Summer. Just need to find a good spot for it back in that shady area. I'll attach a picture of it later.

Your minis are looking great! How tall is that noid?

I just went outside to measure. It is 27" tall and 60" wide. So my 5' guess was spot-on.

This is the "baby" of another one on the other side of my house. It didn't get as large. Good thing, because it's in a pathway. I think the baby gets larger due to all the water it gets from that downspout.

I too arriving to conclusion that mini club only does the best. Love your setting!

I’m just guessing here, that’s how big my Elegans get. I get babies like crazy from it. I started out with one about 25 years ago, have about 5 monsters now, have given several away, and pulled out about a dozen new babies today! Free plants is a good thing but can only use so many of the same thing ; )

I think it probably is Elegans, sherrygirl. That seems to be the most likely suspect. I never kept any plant tags back then and I can't even remember how I got it. It does make several babies each year. I usually pot them up and give them away. I gave a chunk of the mother plant to a friend last year as well. It's a giver! :-)
