Monstera adansonii not growing

I purchased a small monstera adansonii plant last summer. The plant grew a little initially and then stopped once it got cooler. However, now that it has warmed up and all my other plants have started growing again, my monstera is not doing anything. At all. Well, I lost one old leaf that turned yellow and shriveled up a bit over the past few weeks.

I have it less than 1 foot away from an east facing window. Its neighbors are a Philodendron micans and Ceropogia woodsii, both of which are growing like crazy.

It was in a terracotta planter but I recently repotted it into a glazed ceramic planter thinking that would help it from drying out too quickly. The roots all looked good. I think there was some root growth since I potted it last fall but not a lot. It's in a mix of roughly equal parts of potting soil, orchid bark and pumice. And I fertilized it about a month ago with diluted dyna gro foliage pro. (I usually end up fertilizing my plants about once a month in the summer.)

I can add a picture later when I'm home, but I was hoping to get some suggestions on what might kick start this plant.

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong, or anything else I should be doing to get this plant to grow?
