Hi there! Looking for some advice on the succulent in the photos. At first glance all seems fine and dandy, but it appears the base of the plant is dying/drying out. Not sure if I should take this opportunity to prepare for propagation, and how would one propagate a plant like this? Some of the photos show where the plant goes from dried to totally fine. What would you all do if this was your plant baby? I have a tendency to care a little to much (or kill a little too often). Appreciate you all!
