Can you please tell me what the porch flooring is?

I am so excited about this beautiful and thoughtful home. I'm also extremely impressed with how generous the builder is in his giving of information. Beautiful. Really interested in the specs on this flooring in the covered porch. What it is, what shade of color and it's performance characteristics. Thank you!

Hi Terry Edwards, the decking is IPE (pronounced "e-pay").

Also, thank you so much for your kind words. The house was a collaboration between us as the builder, the architect and the owners. The owners have very good taste and helped with every detail!
