add a old lock from a locker-room, one with a cool aged look and great colors. you can then have different cubbies with doors to hide things behind and create cubby for each person or "reason" such as keys, mail, shoes.

A tall cabinet with roll out trays in the bottom and shelving in the top will give you lots of concealed storage. Your space is deep enough for 24" deep but width looks to be 18 or 21". Check out Kraftmaid tall kitchen cabinets to get an idea of what they are. With a flush toe kick and furniture base molding and crown it will look like a nice furniture cabinet.

Perhaps check out Ikea, they have lots of storage items designed for small spaces.

HI -- I would have a small floating shelf with a storage ottoman or lid style wicker cube basket under and a small decorative mirror above .

You could put a small table with a basket underneath (for bulky items) and a small basket or tray in top for keys, phones etc. add a mirror on the wall and place a shelf on top of the mirror - put a basket up there for additional storage and right underneath the mirror add some tiny hooks for keys etc

If you can find a small table with a drawer and a shelf it would give you some needed storage. I like the Idea of a small mirror so you can give yourself a once over before you wall out the door.

I have seen these skinny metal hall trees that have a seat so you can but on your shoes. you can hang a basket from one of the coat hooks for your mail, and add "s" hooks for your keys. keeping the bathroom door closed would give you they surface for coat hooks, a mirror, what you need. just google hallltrees and you'll find one online.

build an enclosed closet with shelves facing along side of bath door, then the entry way will have a small wall empty for decorative pictures and your stuff is out of sight
