I'm back ... if anyone remembers, my last dilemma was whether or not to paint the stone on the front (recommended by stager) -- I DID NOT! Roof has been replaced with dimensional shingles; we're getting ready to put on the market. The painted portion of the house (sides, back & garage door are close to the siding color. Soffits, gutters, fascia all getting white.I like the red front door, but wondering if I should lighten it up? Removing black bench on porch; plant was recommended. Planning on shutters remaining black ... thoughts on the door, or anything else?? Thank you!
