Have you considered trimming or removing some trees? Hard to see your house with those trees and you do want it to have some curb appeal when people see it from the road. Also some trees are very close to the house, which can be dangerous. Then I would put some plants in with some color. Right now, between the trees and your house the only colors we really have present are cream/light tan, brown, and green. I would even consider painting the house a more dramatic color.

I too would proably remove some trees and ad a multi level deck entry instead of that odd looking staircase to the front door.This is just an example but a lot more inviting than what you have.

Trees definitely aren’t helping here. At least a few of those need to come down and you at least need to trim the others. I love the idea of a deck with a nice stain and I think you should paint home a blueish gray or sage green and possibly lighten up the trim.
