The tree may be grafted or simply a very large lantana trained as a tree.

if grafted, I’d be surprised (and a little jealous) if it lives longer than 5 years. IME, graft is an easy entry point for insects. Traumatic events such as extreme weather makes the graft even more susceptible.

If a big shrub whose branches were cut to form a tree, life expectancy may be longer than if grafted. Again, extreme weather is not your friend.

At best, tree will grow 1-2’ taller but that would be really good is if the trunk gets thicker. Thicker trunk=stronger Plant. Even in your zone, I’d throw a blanket over it if temps expected to freeze or below

I pinched the tips yesterday, it hurt to do that, since the tips had flower buds but I am hoping it branches out and becomes even more fuller. Here are recent pictures, of both my lantanas.

I know of one that was 7', but it was started out with the intention of making it a tall standard (tree form). It was staked for additional support, and the leader was allowed to get high prior to encouraging the top growth. Is sounds as if your plant originated as shrub form, mansarjaiteg; if so, you have done an excellent job of converting it to a standard.

You make a very good point of allowing the leader to grow taller. I should have done that to let it gain little bit more height.
And it was super easy to convert this to standard. I started last spring, let the most sturdy branch grow taller and taller. And it grew so quickly.
But since it was a 4 years old shrub, I was unable to get the perfect straight leader. The current trunk has a slight curve at the base.

I completely overlooked that you had trained into standard yourself. Impressive and possibility of long life much greater than if grafted. I’ve grown both, grafted and trained, both died during very cold winters in z9a
