Yes, it's making flowers. Keep an eye on them because they don't last that long. When they dry out and turn brown they will have seeds.

Did I miss it flowering? Sorry to keep asking questions. From the way it looks I can't tell if it already flowered or if my cat decided to chew on it lol

You did on that stalk. Although it's hard to see if it has seeds. Cut it off and hold it over a piece of white paper and roll that head around to see if seeds come out.

Ah I see it must've flowered early in the morning. It was unfurling very quickly last night by the time I went to bed. I snipped it and rolled it around. Here is the 'harvest'

The "seeds" I found didn't look pointy or tapered like the ones in the link. It doesn't seem mine flowered because it didn't produce a swelled ovary like most fertilized flowers would. My "seeds" looked more like spherical balls like this image:

Seeds, if present will be dustlike. Depending upon what you are using to view this comment, they may be about the size of a period in size 12 font.
