I have what I think is a areca palm and all the leaves have turned really pale, almost yellow. The odd palm has copper in the centre of all of its leaves also.

I think it needs to be repotted as I have had it for quite a few years and never repotted it but I was also thinking it might not be getting enough sun. I have recently moved and it is now in an east facing window (in the UK) not a lot of sun comes Through the window. Maybe an hour or two a day at a guess.

do you think I need to repot and relocate it to a different window or is there something else that could be wrong with it?
