Hi! We are completing a full house remodel and we're stuck with how to transition the tile from the living room area to the enclosed porch. The doors leave about an inch that shows the tile when in the porch. DH doesn't think we can just grout the end of the tile because it will be too thick, he wants to tile the siding under the small step. I don't think that will look good.

We plan to have wood floors in the porch. Anyone have any ideas? The tile is actually Philly Swirl Travertine. Pictures will hopefully explain the issue better than I can.
