Sooooo I planted a variety of peonies last spring. This year I got blooms in two and they’re clearly NOT the labeled varieties! I’m unsure if I mixed up the labels or if the company sent the wrong ones! Varieties that I have : Sarah Bernhardt, Bowl of Beauty, Double Black, and Sorbet. The first photo was labeled in my garden as Sorbet and the other photos are the one labeled Double Black. It started out very gently pink and then quickly went to white with red flecks. Without the pink I’d say it was festiva maxima, but I don’t know!
