Wonderful setting for your hosta superstars! Man, are they huge, beautiful and healthy and if the huge one isn't SAGAE, I'll eat my hat, lol.

Hello, I think it’s Sagea but Iam not sure. It was a Hosta a neighbor tossed in the ditch. I have to say for this rock garden my husband purchased very good dirt and it gets in fall and spring a lot of water from the other properties. Not always good because it also means it washes dirt away. In fall we have a river going down the driveway

Coreybeck... thank you! I like the rocks too but only once they are out of the gound. My husband and I dug them out with metal poles and using the lawnmower as a pull. It was hard and people walking by shook their heads at us :-)

its the kind of “hood” where you would hire people to do this kind of work lol

This was last summer - my parents came to visit, and they helped also :-) In this corner we found 3 big rocks piled on top of each other inside the ground. The only reason we found out was because grass was never growing there and when I tried to dig a hole for a Hosta the spate went only a few inches deep in.
