So I'm planning on starting a small pawpaw grove. I have about twelve seedlings growing outside in deep taproot containers right now--they're in full shade for the moment, but they're leafing out rapidly and (I'd assume) will need some more energy soon.

I know these are very light-sensitive trees when young--what would be the best setup for giving them some partial light until I can get them in the ground? Will they be okay with a couple hours of direct sun, or do they need dappled light throughout the day like they'd get in an understory?
