My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    My wife and I visited the pictured Inverness, CA cottage with Rob on 6/28/13. This/Rob's structural remodel/rebuild is a masterpiece in simple cabin/farmhouse/hunting lodge detail, to period. He is quite bright, knowledgable, and personable around structural design, space planning, engineering, interior design and decorating, having been uniquely educated in both architecture and structural engineering. He is highly cost sensitive, and knows/shares the implications of every option, as he did with us at this cabin, where the owner was capable of super high end on everything. He is our first choice architect, after our escrow closes in 4 weeks, on a hillside, wooded Inverness parcel. Call him, then meet him.
