My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hosta Gone Fishin

It is pretty obscure now it seems but if anyone has a mature pics of Gone Fishin please post it. I have one hosta that is somewhat variegated but goes all blue green by midsummer and distinctly remember I was interested in hostas that were somewhat changable in color like War Paint... I did loose IAT in close spot but i think this is GF
