I need help arranging everything!

I need help with everything! Arranging furniture, accessories, what to leave in, take out? I'm pulling the turquoise out of the painting (and drapery fabric pictured) I thought would go over the sofa. The TV will be lowered so I need help with designing the mantel, the console table and the coffee table. I plan to move the front of the furniture onto the 8x10 area rug. I'm wanting an elegant look, from my entry console, to my tables, where to put the etagere, what to put on it. How much turquoise accessories is too much? What do you see? Is there potential in creating a beautiful space that I can be proud of and my friends will envy??
I will make a comment so I can add a few more pics.

    Additional Photos:
I was thinking the small crane painting would go on the blank wall behind the two recliners. There is a walkway between the two leading to my bedroom. The fabric is for the draperies. Two single panels on each window in living room ceiling to floor and a cornice board in the bay window. I plan to hang Hunter Douglas Silhouettes on all windows except the slider in the bay window; I'm thinking HD verticals.
What color wall paint? I want to keep it light and airy but am totally open to your professional suggestions.
    Thanks in advance.

Agree with Yayagal, the wall in the dining room is perfect for the cranes. The console isn't necessary there, and contributes to visual busy-ness being leggy, with the peninsula enough for serving.

It looks like your entry and dining rugs are matching? Move one to another room and get something distinctive for one of those areas.

Move the rust arm chair into the conversation area and angle it at ~45° angle with the wall. Use that color as your other accent along with the turquoise. However, don't buy a bunch of accessories in those colors. Bring them in with the new rug, pillows, a throw during cold weather, kitchen towels, etc. Different patterns, shades, and repeating them.

Your brown chairs don't fit the aesthetic you're trying to create. They're more slouchy/tv cave so I'd find a new home for them. They look like favorites, though, so good luck!

I think you need a longer sofa against that wall that is the approximate length of the small sofa and left end table, while moving the shorter one to where the brown chairs are. Again, that style is not quite jiving with the rust chair that I think you're trying to lean toward. If you need to keep it, snug it up to the longer sofa with an end table filling in the 90° space. Alternatively, the smaller sofa can be placed parallel to the long wall where the rust chair is, depending on traffic paths.

The clear lamps can take the place of the end table ones. You don't need two on such a small console. Is the one in the dining area longer? Can you try that in the hall?

I don't see your drapery fabric. When you take pictures, turn on all the lights so it's easier to see what you have :)

Edit: If it were me, I'd move the tv to the long wall on a low console/dresser case piece. I feel like placing it over (most) fireplaces is too high. Then the sofa placed either perpendicular to it or across the room on the other side of the fireplace. Two comfy, but smaller scale chairs on the other leg.

    Can anyone please help me?

I'm afraid that most of your furniture does not say "elegance" or "stylish), and that goes for the sofa, chairs, side table and etagere. The lamps with the spindly, open bases do not look good on top of the open tables, and all the wiry-looking metal pieces just don't work very well visually.

I would start over with a darker rug, perhaps an Oriental carpet, because the light rug against the light walls and mantel just doesn't work. The dark, bulky furniture does not work on the light rug, and the open metal pieces don't work with the bulky furniture. The etagere I would do without altogether; it adds nothing to the room. I think what you have right now is a probably comfortable home but there are no elegant pieces to work with. You would have to start over, in my opinion, and replace most of the furniture in this area..

Having your neighbors envy you is not really the goal here - it should be about what you love and are comfortable with, and also how much you can afford in the way of replacing furniture and carpets without breaking the bank.

Thank you Ingrid, I appreciate your candor.
What would be the easiest direction for me to go so it at least comes together temporarily.
All the metal is gone and has been or is waiting to be replaced.
The heavy furniture is only in place until the lower level of the condo is finished. Then I'll be buying new furniture.
I want to paint, but now I'm not sure what color to even begin with.
Is there any hope at all without pitching everything and completely starting over?
