Yes, but....
Your current shutters are too small. They should each be half the width of the window. I would suggest what I am showing in the pic as far as locations. Pick a light beige color out of the brick for color and then paint the front door the same color. For some reason mine are looking pink lol.

Nancy is right about the sizing of your shutters. Attached are a couple of insp pics showing properly sized shutters with hardware.

This one of those cases where it's too busy with 'em and too plain without 'em. How about leaving them off and painting the window casings and frames?
