How big are the chunks? Do you have deer around? They will take bites, but leave the rest if it is not ripe and they don't like it. So will raccoons and possums, actually.

no any animals here, it is something that is flying . It bites off half of the fruit and fruit is size of large hazelnut or a bit bigger.

I would be interest to know where in the world you might be located that has no animals :-) Squirrels and raccoons are present even in very urban areas of cities and certainly in any suburban location.
