I am sure others will chime in....but in 2005 I did my first seeding batch. 3 of them were multi branches at base. I thought...cool...wrong. after years of babying. I put them in the ground 5 years ago. Grew like a weed, wider and wider. Never bloomed ro this very day. Just pruned with a shovel recently. All seedlings are different and some never bloom. With water the way it is in SoCal...decided to not waist it on deforms.

Aww that’s pretty disappointing , was hoping it was just gonna have more personality than my other plumerias. Hmm... guess I’ll have to do some google research to see if plumeria take well to branch shaping/training to kinda force the lower branches to point more upwards rather than outwards, and get out infront of that wider and wider problem while its still a youngin.

it's a total toss up. Seedlings do weird things and this is one of them. No telling as to reason or if it is a precursor to something good.
