Your granite looks very similar (in colour at least) to the offcut piece I found for my laundry room (Ivory Fantasy). I painted my cabinets and trim BM Cloud Cover and my walls Stonehearth. I absolutely love it (but be advised that my laundry room gets no natural light).

Meyer Design did a good job. All those work. I like the 3rd one best.

I would go darker for the cabinets. I think it will look nicer to contrast the floor. and it will give the space dimension. You should use a paint color that picks up one of the darker colored flecks in the countertop -- you said other stuff in the bathroom leans ivory and looks like the counter leans warm also so stay in warm undertones, like a very dark greige. New hardware will be nice. I also suggest nice rug maybe with a bit of color in front of the sink (since the floor isn't too exciting). It's going to be a nice facelift for this space for sure!
