It could be stress from transplant. Are the plant in full sun because that can cause the leaves to curl. Often these things fix themselves over time. Pictures would help though.

Thanks. They are in sun for about 6-7 hours. However it is not to hot here yet in S. Cal. near the ocean. I will upload a couple of photos. would appreciate your thoughts.

That looks mainly due to environmental stress. Because they were transplanted fairly recently, they still may be a little stressed. The leaves don't look too curled from the pictures, and I think the issue should resolve itself in a no more than a couple weeks. If not, it may be something else, but I highly doubt that.
