Screen Porch Stain

Looking for some opinions on screen porch stain. Porch is constructed of pressure treated floors, knotty pine wall and ceiling and cedar railings and posts with black iron rails.

Want to keep it light and currently testing Baer cedar stain on a couple pieces.

Any opinions/thoughts welcomed...

I like a lighter color stain. Trying a few samples on spare pieces of wood might help you to decide.

Thanks, definitely want to go light. Cedar was the next lightest color to clear which I considered also. Testing and seems the different woods take the color a little differently. Floors get a little darker than pine walls. I don’t have a great eye for color unfortunately.

Did you finish your screened porch? I would like to see as we are trying to decide on what color to use on our ceiling and decking as well.

We ended up just using a clear stain. After testing, even the clear darkened the wood slightly. But, we liked the slight color change that the clear stain made.
