I bought a trap thing. Will update when I get it put together and hung.

We don't have them at our end of the state, but some members of this forum who battle them every year in NE OK have had very good luck with the traps in previous years.

Hand picking and traps here, I haven't seen any up here yet but they should show up any day now, They are easier to catch in the mornings when their wings are wet from dew. Last fall I applied Milky Spore around my garden and have noticed there were far fewer JB grubs in my beds this spring. I also have a hungry population of moles that help by eating the grubs before they emerge. 2017 was the worst year for JBs in the KC area.

I caught a lot of them in a bucket of soapy and haven't seen to many now.

We have lots of moles too but they sure aren't doing their job this yr. LOL
