That has all the features!

I'd consider another light or something strategic in the placement of 2 or maybe 4 to highlight the different areas.

I kinda like the bubblers. they add interest to a flat / boring space. (I am adding a sitting shelf either in addition to / instead of the sun shelf due to the "boring" reason)

I am curious as to the cost / location, as that looks similar to what I am thinking (no spa though) but rectangular steps, auto cover, gunnite etc.

The only think I would winder about is are you asking that space to do too many things - shallow deep, diving, sunning, spa, etc.

Our pool was spec'ed for 9' deep but we got the crew to extend it to 10'. That was something we never regretted.

I can't really comment on the technical items, but having put in a pool and spa I would suggest thinking about the following:

- the spa -- we did not think about where to put the jets, and ours are pretty much where yours are, however, we found that we kind of like to sit in the corners of the spa, and there are no jets there! We also found that we like the jets to hit at different heights, but all of our jets are at the same height -- The jets can be put anywhere really, so think about how you will use the spa and have them put the jets where you want them, not in standard positions that are at times useless. The other thing we would do is make the jets stronger. Although we can close some jets and divert the power somewhat to the open jets, it would be great to have more powerful jets overall.

- good choice for light in the spa -- wish I'd put one in.

- the pool - not sure who will be using the pool, but whether it's kids or adults, or both, I'd make the shallow end, less shallow, particularly if the 3' indicated is to the top of the pool (vs. top of the water line). Even at 3' waterline, it's going to be pretty shallow.

- Not sure of the dimensions of the pool and can't tell from the picture how you plan to go from 3' to 9', but consider it. Will you have a flat shallow end and then slope steeply to 9'?

- lights -- I think you could use more than one light in the pool. I have a smaller pool w/two lights, and wish I'd put in more.

- swimming -- this looks pretty much to be a leisure pool, but if you think anyone might like to swim...I use a tether to swim and attach it outside the pool, but if I'd been thinking ahead, I'd have had something (kind of like a hook eye, but it is flush with the side of the pool?) imbedded into the pool wall at one end so that I could attach a tether for swimming.

- pool cover -- best decision ever, however, consider the color of the pool cover. A darker cover will keep heat in better than a lighter color (which can be good or bad). I'm in a hot climate, so we went with a lighter color and still in the heat of summer, the top few inches of water in the pool can get really hot (too hot for a small child). Your pool is much larger than mine, so this may not be as much of an issue.

Another thing about a pool cover -- they don't last forever -- just replaced mine after five years (TX sun is not great on a pool cover), and it was not inexpensive.
