Just to get things rolling and so we can help a little better.

1. Where do you live, what zone?

2. What is it's potting media (bark, spagh, etc...)?

3. What is your watering routine (How often, with a hose/bucket, etc...)

I'm obviously thinking overwatering, but not enough info to really know...

Also, give it a little more light than the Dors., Oncs like more light than phal types.

Bob, Thank you for the reply. I pulled it out of the pot, and I too, am thinking over watered. The poor roots, for the most part, are mush. It still had a few live growing roots. But the rest look pretty bad, soo.... I tried re-potting it in a more bark based medium. It had what looked like floral oasis in the middle of the root ball. I hope this will help it. I pulled all of the old spagh and oasis? stuff off and cut off a lot of dead roots. I have been watering it when I water my entire menagerie of plants, which is every other day. So way too often, I see. The temperature here has been in the 90 to over 100 range with no rain in sight. Which dries everything else out fairly quickly. My zone is 8b, I believe, Southwest Arkansas. The orchids are sitting in high shade, as lots of light but no direct sun. Should I move the Onc to dappled shade?

Less water and gradually more light should help.
