Help! Oncidium turning yellow!

I am new to growing orchids, and know little of their culture. However, last fall, I purchased a Oncidium Burgundian orchid off of the mark down rack at my local Lowe's. (I figured if I killed it I wouldn't be out that much! Lol!). Anyway it made it thru the winter and seemed to be doing very well, putting out new green growth. Then in the spring I moved it outside with my other plants, in full shade, and it is turning yellow! Am I killing this poor plant? What am I doing wrong? I have been feeding it orchid fertilizer, along with the two rescue dortaenopsis orchids, (which are doing great, and are reblooming.)

Please help, don't let me murder this poor orchid! Lol!
