Wooden in ground pool needs help

Help! I have a 50’x20’ inground wooden pool that no one will touch. Part of one side pulled away from the concrete over the winter. We found this out when we uncovered it. Iam in New York Rockland County Suffern area and no one will fix it. I so not have the money for a new pool. Is there anyone out there who has a solution for my problem?
