Nice plants . What is the secret to posting. I have tried four times with no success.

Bill, I find that what works for me is to upload my photos to my idea books on my account page and post them from there.

Beautiful hostas, pleasure to see them grow.

I was debating on getting bigger sizes for instant gratification purpose vs enjoying something growing from tiny seedling... and find it rewarding for some cases.

Love to see Delta Dawn, I lost it few years back and just got replacement. It has beauty that is hard to capture on film. My Hans is slower than Andrew... at least for now

I am amazed at how quickly Ulysses S. Grant grows--I bought a few crowns last year and it's more than double in size this year. On the other hand, I've had Steve Moldovan for 4 years and it's barely doubled in that time--anyone out there grow Steve? Here's my "giant" Ulysses.

Since I am a Gemini it makes sense to have a Gemini Moon, right? Nice one, and colourful, Steve! (Donna’s GM must receive more shade judging by width of margins and softer colours...but that may also be an age factor? Donna? Steve? ). Luna Moth in front could double for a mini-me, lol. Also pretty.

Donna, another bevy of beauties from your Island. Ul.S.Grant is majestic! Love Faithful heart with its thin but noticeable margin. Hans is stunning... slow as it may be. You must have purchased a hefty one to start with then? It looks great! You will always have Bruce Banyai near in that very special and sweet Twist of Lime. He sure is missed here. We would have seen a few lovely pictures by now of his terraced gardens and the monstrous-sized potted tropicals he would bring out each growing season...

I never met Bruce but I made a comment on his post about his gorgeous garden and his giant tropicals..I'm sure that Twist of Lime will always be a special hosta to you Donna..

PS..is anyone else getting multiple notifications?..you tap it, read a new comment then later another notification for the same comment..and then sometimes I don't get a notification at all!..this site has so many malfunctions..

Steve, I'm thinking I do not have a Gemini Moon because the margins are so small. Wonder what it is?? And what is my Delta Dawn doing?? If I received the wrong plant I'm going to be angry for sure.

Karen, The Dorothy Benedict awards has nominated Awakening Angel for the Award of Merit as an outstanding performer in the garden. Three cultivars will be picked. I hope she earns a spot. My photo has made it into the Hosta Library. Yeas!!

Gemini Moon does start out with narrower margins. Here's a pic of mine from last year. Even though I received a mature division in 2016, I suppose there's a bit of a setback from dividing it.

Is this your picture Donna? I had a hard time finding it again, so I snuck a copy for myself. It's the one that tipped the scale for me as I added it to an existing order. (Apparently, I had looked it over and decided I didn't quite need it).
