There are professional cleaning companies who specialize in post-construction clean up. They are well worth the $$$. A regular cleaning 'lady' would feint if she saw the work needed to be done ;-p

Some cleaning services say they do construction work, and actually focus on that, as no need to deal w/picky homeowners. Ask specifically. If not, construction cleaning cos as suggested above But likely more $.

also keep in mind that dust will seem to linger for several months after work is done. So not a clean it and forget it kinda thing.

@bossyvossy, I was hoping it would be a clean it and forget it kinda thing. My allergies can't take all the dust flying around here! They do plastic up and everything, but even then, it seems to get everywhere.

do you use the fancy a/c air filters? Those help as they do a better job of trapping the stuff floating around. You’d have to check them more often than usual as they might need replacement sooner than in normal conditions.
